About Colonnade

Colonnade is a sustainable-forward restaurant set within the historic heart of Bristol Beacon, behind the Byzantian colonnades that once fronted the old concert hall.

The food offers a fresh take on modern European cuisine. Our chefs develop seasonal menus and daily specials led by artisanal local produce.

We are proud to showcase Bristol and the bounty of the surrounding countryside, and we are actively involved in community-minded projects in and around this great city.

Our menu is made up of small and large plates which lend themselves equally well to both sharing and individual dining styles, and we offer a colourful children’s menu.

We are consciously low-carbon impact in what we do. Over half our choices are plant-based and we only serve seasonal, responsibly sourced fish, and ethically produced meat from free roaming, pasture fed, high welfare animals.

Our wine list celebrates old and new worlds with plentiful organic and natural highlights, and our bar is a grand spot to enjoy a cocktail before or after your meal or concert.

Our chef team is headed up by Joshua Bebbington whose background spans well renowned kitchens where they cook field and farm to fork, as well as Michelin-starred fine dining restaurants.

While booking is encouraged for peak times, we always keep some space back for walk-ins and our team are ready to warmly welcome you in.
