  Pinot Noir, New Zealand, 2021 55 Pinot Noir. Pale salmon in colour, this dry Rose shows aromas of raspberry, strawberry and peach. An initial burst of ripe red berry fruit leads into a crunchy medley of pink grapefruit, red apple and pear, finishing crisp and refreshing. Pale, aromatic and fresh.

• Domaine Des Carabiniers Cotes Du Rhone (ve)
  Grenache/Syrah, France, 2021 55 Intense red berry and cherry fruits with notes of spice, violet and licquirce. Generous on the palette with smooth tannins.
• Nardi Chianti Classico (ve)
  Sangiovese, Italy, 2018 Grenache/Syrah, France, 2021 60 Sangiovese. Nice complexity on the nose with aromas of raspberry and cherry alongside spicy and violet notes. Medium to full-bodied with soft tannins and a ripe and fresh finish. This is a traditional Chianti.

• Quinta Da Silveria 10yr Tawny Port 6 Blend. This delicious Tawny port is crafted from tawny casks up to 70 years in age, showing a seductive nose of mixed nuts and dried fruit. It is beautifully rounded on the palate with a long elegant finish.
• Moscatel Vendimia Tardia Bodegas 5 Moscat, Navarra Moscatel. Great aromaticity with notes of honey, toasted bread, raisins and orange blossom. It is well balanced with a silky texture.
• Chateau Doisy 6.5 Sauternes, Bordeaux Blend. Luscious with quince and marmelade aromas and notes of honey. Beautifully sweet with a refreshing acidity, it has some complexity and a great length.
