We opened our doors in January 2024, alongside the new transformation of Bristol’s most iconic venue, Bristol Beacon – bringing a fresh chapter to Bristol’s vibrant food scene.

You can find us nestled behind the iconic Byzantine arches that once fronted the old box office since 1867. Sharing Bristol Beacon’s commitment to the community, we’re a restaurant in the heart of the city, dedicated to sustainability, supporting local farmers, and ethical sourcing.

At Colonnade, sustainability is more than a value—it’s our way of life.

We partner with local producers to serve the freshest seasonal ingredients, reducing food miles and championing Bristol’s independent farmers. Our mission: to deliver responsibly sourced, innovative dishes with uniquely British and European flavours, all while prioritising environmental responsibility.

Executive Chef Tom Jenkins, with two Michelin-starred experience in five-star establishments, collaborates with Head Chef Noah Chasteau to curate a menu that celebrates the best of local, organic produce.

With rotating seasonal dishes and chef specials, our offerings reflect the bounty of our region—from plant-based delights to artisanal meats, each dish showcases our passion and care.

“I had the privilege of working with Tom Kerridge at The Hand and Flowers for three years, sharpening my skills in a two-Michelin-star kitchen, followed by four years at the 5-star Cliveden House.  A highlight of my career was competing on TV for MasterChef: The Professionals — an unforgettable experience!” – Tom Jenkins, Executive Chef

“I’ve been in kitchens since I was 18, always inspired by watching my mum, a former professional chef, cook in our home. But it was during lockdown that my passion for cooking truly reignited. Experimenting with dishes sparked a newfound love for creating food, and now in Bristol, I’m excited to share that joy with others.”– Noah Chasteau, Head Chef
